Be Careful If You Accept Work From This Company.

I did some work for a company called Panther Group and did not get paid. I was introduced to them via oDesk.

I enquired about payment for 10 articles that they had already accepted on November 4th 2009. The only reply that I got was, I quote 'We will pay you shortly'.

I had also submitted 10 articles as part of another job they allocated me. They told me to stop writing, but that this was nothing to do with the quality of work and I had already written 20 more. They were not the kind of articles that could just be published anywhere because the material was too specific. The last email from Panther Group stated that they would get back to me shortly about that particular project. They did not contact me.

I wasted a great deal of time on these people. The money lost is not huge but I really feel that I have been cheated.

If by any chance I do get paid by this company I will amend this post, but I am not holding my breath. If you are offered work by these people be careful as you may be paid at first but it will stop.
